In September 2026, the city of Varna will become a stage of energy, inspiration and European unity. The International Beach Handball Tournament for boys and girls aged 15–16 will bring together young athletes from across Europe, united by one shared mission – a more active, healthier and cleaner Europe.

The event will bring together teams from Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Italy and other European countries in a dynamic format that combines:

educational sessions on healthy lifestyles
environmental initiatives
digital engagement and youth leadership activities

The Bulgarian Handball Federation is proud to host this international Erasmus+ project. It is an honour to welcome young athletes and their teams to Varna – a city with strong sporting traditions, vibrant culture and a unique seaside identity.
